I have passion for creating work that matters, that is distinctive, elegant, and lasting. It is a solitary pursuit, - a very slow, delicate process. Because of this, I spend a lot of time thinking about what I’m doing and why I’m doing it. It is important to me to share the stories that inspire each collection I create. Most often, my collections are inspired by Canada. I think the overall characterization of my work is reflected in my ponderings; resulting in both an organic and planetary, a micro and macro, aesthetic. Adornment is an ancient practice that is rooted in distinction. I've been careful to produce jewellery that is not considered on trend or in fashion, but rather, a timeless statement of wearable art infused with meaning for the both myself and the collector alike.
