Jessie Tesolin

Jessie lives and creates in Montreal, Quebec where she makes flame worked glass beads, sculpture, marbles and vessels.  She melts the glass in the flame of the torch and manipulates it using various tools and techniques.  When the piece is complete it is placed in a kiln for annealing to give it strength and durability.  Inspired primarily by nature, her work reflects a love of bright colours and organic designs with an emphasis on form.  Jessie is also a classically trained cellist who enjoys playing folk music, is an avid vegetable gardener and lake swimmer.
