Collection: Anna Malkin

Anna Malkin is the daughter of ceramic and fibre artist Melvyn Malkin. She grew up in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She later moved to Toronto where she worked briefly in ceramics but eventually graduated in the field of audio and video. Anna currently works as a video editor, animator and video editing instructor. Her father trained her to make his famous sheep and she now enjoys getting her hands dirty again with her renewed relationship with clay. Anna began creating the Malkin Raku Sheep in 2008. As part of her adventurous move from Toronto to Victoria, BC, she has established her raku studio on Hornby Island.
