My work betrays my roots. I was born and educated in the UK where a passion for sketching was instilled at an early age by my Grandmother who was a landscape watercolour artist. A degree and subsequently over 20 years in the Graphic Design and Illustration industry has resulted in a strong confidence in dealing directly with clients and in tackling briefs of many descriptions. I love to collaborate.

In 2011, the desire to push my work in a new direction resulted in a return to art college to study textiles at Sheridan College in Oakville. Upon graduating I was awarded ‘Best in Show’ at the Sheridan Faculty of Craft and Design Graduate exhibition. In June 2014 I travelled to the USA to receive a First place award for textile print design from the International Textile Market Association. I am a member of the Contemporary Textile Co-operative in Toronto, Canada.
